The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 301 "An Act relating to partial-birth abortions." Representative Samuels placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 301 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HB 301--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 21 NAYS: 16 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Chenault, Coghill, Dahlstrom, Fairclough, Gatto, Harris, Hawker, Johansen, Johnson, Keller, Kelly, Lynn, Meyer, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Roses, Samuels, Stoltze, Thomas, Wilson Nays: Buch, Cissna, Crawford, Doll, Doogan, Edgmon, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Holmes, Joule, Kerttula, LeDoux, Salmon, Seaton Excused: Foster, Kawasaki, Nelson And so, HB 301 passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
